每個人來到地球上也是獨立的個體，有自己的好惡、性格和背景，獨特到不得了！在每天毎分每秒，在不同的經驗中好好了解自己，為自己在地上的日子好好選擇。我相信每個人都有其獨特的光芒，就好像學習書法的朋友，就算同一字體，一百位學生寫出來的都有一百種不同風格和面貌。所說的那種光芒不是外表、衣著、化妝出來的營造，而是作為在地球上有靈性的生物、以什麼方式和選擇活出自己的獨特性，而這種獨特性能滋養其他人、帶給別人好處、愉悅和安慰。所說的也不一定是什麼驚天動地的大成就，可能只是以善良的心、獨一無二的笑容給予勞碌的朋友一個問候、遞一杯涼水，就此而，也很有意義！
